PAYMENT POLICY:

We accept Money Orders, Cashier's Check, PayPal, and all major credit cards!

Money orders must be received within 7 days of placing order. Shipping will be held until we receive the funds.

Buyers will be sent photos or proofs, via Ecrater messages, of their items when the item is completed and ready for shipment. At this time, the buyer may request for minor changes. If the changes exceeds the original amount paid, BPDC reserves the right to create an additional custom listing for the additional charges which will included seller fees charged by Ecrater. If extra fees are needed, the buyer will be informed through Ecrater messaging system and upon buyer's agreements with BPDC, the additional custom listing will be created and must be paid for before the changes are made. All orders will not be sent unless buyer has approved the photos or proofs.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All items will be sent via FedEx or USPS and all shipments will include tracking.

Special Delivery Charge of $5.00 must be paid in order to hand deliver to the Pittsburgh area or the buyer may picked up the item. A custom listing will be created by BPDC with your user name in the title of the listing for you to purchase which will include the special delivery charge, the buyer will be informed through Ecrater messaging system and upon buyer's agreements with BPDC, the additional custom listing will be created and must be paid for before the changes are made. All orders will not be sent unless buyer has approved the Special Delivery Charge. Once the listing is purchased and payment is received, I will get started on the order.

Some of the my items listed are already pre-made and ready to place a order and pay. Otherwise, the items that are not listed as pre-made in the listings will have to be made after the order is placed and paid for. If I do not have the items pre-made, it does take some time for me to put your order together. My shipping times are estimates, only, and I will do my best to meet or exceed my shipping/production time estimates. However, based on order volumes and what ever may be going on in my life, I may occasionally be a week or so behind. So, it is best to let me know if you need an order shipped by a particular date so that I may prioritize as appropriate.

Colors of actual items may be slightly different from those viewed in the photos or proofs seen via Ecrater Messages during the approval phase because computer monitors vary in quality of color output. Please keep this in mind when approving all photos or proofs via messages.

If shipping upgrade is needed, please contact me first letting me know when the item will be needed by so that I can arrange to upgrade your shipping in a custom listing.

REFUND POLICY:

No Refunds. Exchanges will be made only if the item arrives in a condition that was not promised. Buyer pays all shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – CUSTOM ORDERS:

If you see an item in my store that you like but it's not in the theme or colors of your choice, please contact me with your request(s). I will do my best to fulfill your request within your desired price range. When you are ready to order, I will list a custom listing with your user name in the title of the listing for you to purchase. Once the listing is purchased and payment is received, I will get started on the order. When I've completed the project/item, I will notify you via Ecrater messages with photo(s) of your item(s) for your approval for shipment. Once the item is listed, it is up to you to purchase it before another Ecrater user. All items will need buyers approval before shipping.

If another Ecrater user were to purchase it before you were able to get to it, it will take me just as long to recreate another identical item for you.

I am a hobby, in-home boutique; so, this means, I don't always have all the supplies I need to customize the items. Therefore, I will always need at least a week to gather all the supplies. Please keep this in mind when placing your orders. If you send me a message and I promise you a delivery time, that delivery time estimate is based on the date the message was sent. For example, if you place your order two weeks after the message sent date, the promised delivery time is pushed back an additional two weeks. So keep this in mind if you are on a time restraint.
